Fritz set up the Zero Balancing Foundation (ZBF) to create a neutral container (as a non-profit corporation) to hold his transmissions and teachings before handing the baton to the international ZB Community to protect this legacy and secure the integrity of Zero Balancing into the future. His dream, and our collective goal, is that a ZB session anywhere in the world is recognisable as such.

2006

9 September
First meeting of ZBF Board at RW Ranch.  Board of Directors: Karli Beare (ZB UK), Jim McCormick (ZBHA) and Fritz Smith MD (ZBHA).

2008

15 September
First meeting of ZBF Education Committee: David Laden (ZBHA), Jeff Lennard (ZBUK) & Fritz Smith MD (ZBHA).

2012

September
Michael Krepon joins the Board and it is agreed to shift the ZBF from California to Boston.

Fritz steps down as President after 7 years at the helm asking Jim McCormick to take up the reins going forward.

November
ZBF Board retains Eve Horwitz (specialist 501c3 attorney) to assist new application to IRS for 501c3 tax-exempt status.

2013

January
On Eve’s advice Board unanimously agrees to change the name of the Foundation to the Zero Balancing Touch Foundation from ZBF to broaden the scope to include Transformational Touch not just Zero Balancing.

15 March
ZB Touch Foundation was incorporated in Massachesetts and initial tax ID issued and bank account opened.

13 May
IRS confirm receipt of 501c3 application and examiner assigned.

November
Meher Engineer (ZB UK) and Karen Senffner (ZBHA) join the Education Committee.

17 December
Mary Murphy (ZBHA) joins the Board of Directors.

2014

7 May
Envisioning Committee set up: Karli Beare (ZB UK), Michele Doucette (ZBHA), Cathy Miller (Soul Lightening) and Judith Sullivan (ZBHA).

29 July
Michael Krepon steps down from Board of Directors.

3 September
IRS approves ZB Touch Foundation as 501c3 non-profit corporation.

ZBTF Board agrees to modernise ZB Identity by redesigning logo and developing zbtouch.org website to support the Foundation’s activities.

September
First NSI research pilot – ZB reduces stress by 60+%.

November
David Laden (ZBHA) steps down from the Education Committee.

December
Meher Engineer (ZB UK) steps down from the Education Committee.

February
Cindy Tefft (ZBHA) & Cassie White (ZB UK) join the Education Committee.
