Karli Beare
Born and educated in north-west London, Karli graduated with a degree in geology in 1982. After marrying in 1983, she worked in the City of London before setting up her own marketing agency from 1989 – 2001.
Along the way, her personal journey drew her to explore a wider definition of wellness, believing that the principles of Western allopathic medicine could (and should) take account of the wisdom of ancient Eastern models of energy. She firmly believes that a respect for both approaches offers a more complete understanding of our own body-mind-spirit relationships, leading to a deeper sense of ease in our daily lives.
Over the past 30 years she has trained in a variety of disciplines including Massage, NLP, Chakra Balancing, Reiki (Master) and Zero Balancing, which she has been teaching since 2004. As a hands-on ZB Life Coach, no two sessions are the same each being determined by the needs of her client in that moment. However, her experience of using ZB in each session is that working with body-memory alongside left-brain techniques, offers clients a unique way to integrate challenging life experiences in a more resourceful way.
Deborah Rosene
Deb Rosene, PhD, is a licensed psychologist in the state of Massachusetts and works as a therapist, mind/body educator, consultant, and bodyworker. She incorporates body and energetic work into her psychotherapy practice, recognizing that working with the whole person, including their body and all modes of self-expression, are essential to identifying, understanding, and healing all levels of trauma. She currently works with individuals and couples suffering from anxiety, depression, unresolved grief, attachment disorders and/or the effects of chronic illness and trauma.
Having a background in dance, music, and song, Deb has used movement, touch, and voice to develop her unique approach to psychotherapy which now draws upon years of training in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Zero Balancing, therapeutic touch, Cranialsacral therapy, chakra balancing, and Bodytalk. She began this intriguing professional journey with her first half moon vector from Dr. Fritz Smith at a public talk which motivated her to begin taking classes and eventually become a certified practitioner.
Deb is also a certified taijiquan qigong teacher and shares the benefits of this practice with her clients, colleagues and friends. She is delighted to join the Zero Balancing Touch Foundation as an expression of her devotion to educating the public on the transformative nature of touch.
